Section 26

The arrested or detained person himself or anyone on his behalf may file a complaint in the Supreme Court, High Court or District Court for the order of direct arrest.
(2) If someone files a complaint in more than one court, the complaint filed in the higher court will be maintained.
(3) If any person commits any act contrary to this paragraph or if there is sufficient suspicion that he is about to commit such act, the person aggrieved by such act may appeal to the High Court or District Court having territorial jurisdiction for the enforcement of his rights.
(4) If it is found that the person has been arrested or detained contrary to the law while investigating the complaint filed under sub-section (1), the concerned court shall order the immediate release of the person so arrested or detained.
(5) When examining the complaint filed under sub-section (3), if it is found that the respondent has caused some damage to his rights or is about to cause damage, the relevant court shall order him not to act, not to do any work that may cause damage to the rights of the person making the complaint in the name of such respondent, and if some work has already been done, not to do the rest of the work or any Can issue orders to make them work.
